Returns Policy We are completely confident that all of our furniture is of the highest quality and have gone to great lengths to describe each piece of furniture as accurately as possible. We will give you the option of an exchange or full refund if: • Items are received by you in a damaged or faulty state. • Components on the item are defective. • Items are not as described in this listing. • We significantly exceed quoted waiting times through no fault of yours. No charges will be made for collection or redelivery in these circumstances. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there are any problems. Should a refund or exchange be offered for any reason other than those above, an appropriate charge will be made to cover our costs. Please note that wood is a natural product boasting naturally occurring characteristics that mark it's individuality, such as knots and varying grains etc... If you want a perfect, uniform finish on your furniture then you should choose veneer rather than solid wood. |
